Absolutely amazing Vietnamese food - vermicelli bowl with grilled pork was one of the best, super fresh vegetables and the pork was grilled and seasoned to perfection. The pho was super tasty and with rare steak was outstanding. In addition, we had Purple Haze (plum wine and sake mixed and served hot) - sooo good. The spring rolls were so fresh and delicious. We ordered one with shrimp and one with pork. The atmosphere was authentic, clean and the service was wonderful. We will definitely come back next time we are in town. Kudos to the owners, chefs and staff for providing a great culinary and dining experience.

Long time local and Vietnamese/Asian food snob here - Noodles & More is our go-to restaurant in Steamboat. Typical Vietnamese dishes (Gỏi Cuon, Phở, Bún Chả, etc) are all great (for those not familiar with Vietnamese food, Gỏi Cuon are fresh spring rolls, Phở is a rice noodle soup with your choice of meat or protein and Bún Chả is grilled meat served over vermicelli noodles). Menu is small by usual big city Vietnamese restaurant standards, but everything is well done ... and such a welcome treat in Steamboat. Also most reasonably priced sushi in town. Usually easy to get a table except during high tourist season, when you need a reservation. Highly recommend.

I have only lived here for a few months but have gone to Noodles & More more than any other restaurant. The food is always delicious and the team is very friendly. I could not recommend this Noodles & More more highly.

If you want to eat a place where the food is delicious, nutritious and with fresh ingredients, look no further. What a gem! I LOVE this spot so much. Nothing better than a Pho and the Green Mango salad after a long day in the slopes.

Second time coming here in 5 years. The Vietnamese food is amazing! I can't speak for the other foods, but the owners are Vietnamese and so that's what I always get. Spring rolls, fried egrolls, pho, and Vietnamese rice plate are all amazing. They also have a decent sake selection and Japanese beer list.

Atmosphere has a lot of scenic photos of Vietnam and is just cute. Great service and caring staff.
